Benna Mountain Luxury’s creative agency Studio Benna had the opportunity to create a visually stunning marketing campaign for this one-of-a-kind property. The process began with drone and standard photography; we wanted to showcase everything from the 189′ multi-functional pier to the small, intricate detailed woodwork by Lloyd’s Custom Woodwork. We took hundreds of photos of each room and made edits in post-production to bring the home to life.

We filmed a compelling video for this home so visitors could imagine creating memories in one of Lake Tahoe’s most prestigious locations. Using drone footage we were able to film aerial footage of Lake Tahoe and to show the size of the home and the award-winning design by Bruce Olson, who also designed the included guest house.

A custom website and logo were created for this property to display the exclusivity of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. When designing the logo, we wanted to showcase a simple elegance with the added casual style that living on Lake Tahoe provides. The mountain icon was strategically placed on Tahoe’s West Shore, where this incredible house is located.

We designed the website to match the strategy used in creating the logo. We wanted visitors to see a simple and casual webpage with creative content being the main focus. The home page features a looping set of full-page photos from the interior and exterior of the property information regarding the size of the home, bedroom, and bathroom count, and the listing price. Interested visitors can use the menu to explore more areas of the home, take a virtual tour, and see more stunning photos of the home.
