""I cannot recommend JB Benna more highly. Very experienced, super smart, great agent and advisor. JB helped me buy a Reno home in 2022 and sell in 2025. I have bought and sold a number of other homes in other markets during the past 20 years, and JB is the best. He and his team were PARTICULARLY valuable for the recent sale in 2025. The home was a little worse for wear, and we were not sure about the best approach. So we started with an attempt at a quick low-price listing, thinking we might be able to get 2-3 competing offers, but this was unsuccessful. Not a surprise, but that was "Plan A." So we then went with Plan B, which was to spruce it up, make it "look like new" (repaint, carpet, cleaning and staging). I had already move away to San Diego, so JB and his team took care of everything, basically acting as "contractors" for the work that needed to be done. We then listed for the price I wanted, and scheduled open houses for Fri/Sat/Sun. My next door neighbor sent me an unsolicited text saying the place looked like a million bucks. That weekend we received an offer for $10k more than asking, and we closed 3 weeks later. If I needed to buy or sell another home in Reno/Tahoe area, I would not hesitate to go with JB Benna and his team again.""
